How autosave works

ItemLoom saves your draft after you pause, and shows the save status next to Submit.

1. Edit the item.
2. Pause. The status reads Saving…, then Saved.

A blank new item is not saved until it has content. Autosave runs only while you can still edit the item. Item settings saves on its own and does not use this status.

If autosave fails

The status reads Couldn’t auto-save. Try again.. Edit the item again to try another save. Submit still flushes a pending save before it sends the item.
