Ask support a question

Start a support thread, then reply on that same thread.

1. Open Ask support.
2. Under New question, enter Subject and Message.
3. Select Send message.

The new thread appears under Your threads. A thread can read Open, Awaiting your reply, or Resolved. Item writers do not change that status.

If you need to add to a thread

Open the thread, write a reply, then select Reply in thread. Your messages are labeled You. Replies from support are labeled ItemLoom Support.
