Choose email digests

Turn optional email digests on or off from My account.

1. Open My account.
2. In Email preferences, select a digest to turn it on or off.

The change saves when you select the checkbox. Digests send after a quiet period when there is activity. Account invites and password reset emails always send, and you cannot turn them off.

Everyone can choose these digests:

• Activity digests covers assignment updates, deadlines, and item status changes for your work.
• Document request digests covers reminders when documentation is requested from you.
• Support digests covers updates on support threads you are part of.

Who sees Review queue digests

Review queue digests appears for admins in the active instance. Item writers do not see that digest. It covers overdue and reassignment alerts for admins watching the review queue.
